Health & Hygiene Practises

All massage linen is fresh and clean for each client, laundered with hot water and detergent.
Studio surfaces are cleaned and wiped down frequently. Studios have ventilation to allow fresh air to circulate. Studios are aired frequentl.
Treatments will not commence on clients deemed to be unwell. If you are feeling unwell please contact Island Massage, to cancel or reschedule your booking. Refunds may be applicable.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Cancellation of booking within 24 hours of scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee of 50% of treatment cost.
Cancellation of booking on the day it is scheduled may incur a cancellation fee of 100% of treatment cost.

Late Arrival: If you arrive late for the appointment, generally no additional time will be provided.
